Get To Know Our Board of Directors

JJ Harland - Founder & Executive Director As a kinesiology graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University, I have learned a lot about the balance of a healthy body and mind. Over the years I have witnessed teammates, colleagues, and friends struggle with their mental health alone, which pushed me to do something that could help people on a grander scale. I believe everyone has a moral responsibility in helping others, and PVP is my way of doing my part.
